With a strong foundation from the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), he possesses a meticulous eye for detail that uncovers every project nuances often overlooked by others. This, combined with a sharp aesthetic sensibility, has been instrumental in delivering remarkable structures that earn a place in a client's highest regard.

Extensive experience spanning over 2.7 million square meters of Project Design & execution control, he excels at streamlining processes including Project design, analysis , tender process, timeline ,cost control, Technical audits ,Quality assurance, process design, Project management and government approvals. His contributions have been pivotal in shaping major, multi-dimensional projects that are integral to the nation’s growth.

An accomplished more than 19 years of technical expert and a top Post graduate of prestigious engineering institutions including VJTI,COEP and Sardar Patel ,he possesses a formidable command of structural audits & analysis. His expertise is consistently sought after for the development of Structuralised design, inspections, up to 70 meters structures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on various projects.

He provides a rare combination of skills, managing projects with meticulous cost control while guiding audits, repairs, and the conservation of old and historical structures. His passion for the field extends to the design of mega-construction and tower structures, a task he approaches with a unique blend of technical mastery and personal satisfaction.

His presence on any project instils confidence and provides a source of positive leadership for project execution teams. With a deep wealth of field experience, his technical guidance and on-site availability serve as a critical asset, empowering engineering teams to achieve exceptional results.

With over 18 years of total experience and major technical experience in the Design field as a HOD –Electrical Department at Emerson , she is a proven leader and expert in her domain for managing number of projects with design and documentation.She demonstrated exceptional proficiency in MEP design and Head of team administration, successfully managing and guiding the CSB-SAVITRI team.

A graduate of SSPMS with a B.E. in Electronics and a background in Post Management Education, She is recognized for her strategic approach to team management, believing that a positive and disciplined methodology is key to success. This philosophy, coupled with her strong documentation practices, ensures a fruitful and cohesive working environment.
